Before you post, please read the following guidelines to help keep the WIM Community Board a safe space.

Ensure that your posts and comments are relevant to the purpose of the WIM Community Board.
Do not share personal or sensitive information about other community members without their explicit consent.
No discrimination or hate speech will be tolerated.

WIM Circle of Roots

in General Discussion

Join us for an informal, virtual social circle for WIM members in their late stage of career or retirement.

This is a space intended for community building, networking, sharing stories of lived experiences as early lesbian physicians in training, as well as current updates of personal & professional developments.

We hope to invite others into this space for intergenerational engagement and mentorship for WIM members in training or early/mid-career. We value these connections and are stronger as an organization when we prioritize hosting spaces that nurture connections across all ages, abilities, and intersectional identities.
